Tipton Ford Body Shop

Had my 2017 F250 there for hail damage repair. Took over 5 months to repair and still not right. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Now I have to take it to Hacienda Ford to have it repaired correctly. Do Not Use This Body Shop.....

This is the first and last time I take my car to this place. I took it in on the 12th of January and now they tell me that it won’t be ready till AROUND the 16th of February. I called several times left messages and they never returned my call. I finally talked to Ruben Perales and that’s when he tells me my car won’t be ready till (maybe) February 16th. I’m attaching a picture of my damage, it’s not like they had to repair the whole car. Delays, slow service, no updates given. You have to keep calling cuz they won’t at least give you a courtesy call. PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR CARE THERE! UPDATE: I finally figured how to update my previous review. I’m happy to tell you that after I posted my review I received a call from Mr. Leo Torres at Tipton Body Shop. He wanted to know what had happened and I explained it to him. He apologized and said he would call me back. The following morning he called and said my car would be ready by Wednesday, he called me on Friday. Well to my surprise he called me Tuesday that my car was ready. This is like 10 working days before the date that Mr Perales had told me. I picked up my car and the job they did was excellent. Thank you Mr Torres and if I ne

I don't usually like to have any work done at Dealerships for obvious reasons, pricey! But after my 2010 Toyota Venza was hit head on, my insurance recommended Tipton Ford Auto Body. I met Jake there and he was such a pleasant and helpful person to work with. Jake made sure my car was fixed to industry standards. He helped me through the entire insurance process. The damage was extensive so my car was at the shop for about a month. However, the work that Jake and others did was superb! My Venza looked as before the collision. Great job and attentive personal Thank you, Jake

My insurance gave me a number of collision centers to chose from when I had a fender bender with my Tacoma. I was thrilled when I found Tipton was one of the shops on the list, so I called them right away and set up an appointment. Leo assisted me through the entire process and I could not be happier. He was super helpful and got my truck in working condition on time for me to use it at one of my very important commercial jobs. I can’t express my appreciation enough. I won’t be just be having repairs done there from now on. I’ll likely buy my next vehicle there. It’s such a pleasure to deal with good people.

Friendly staff. Great selection of vehicles. The employees are very knowledgeable of the vehicles. Great experience buying a car from them.
